We are seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to join either our projects Thornleigh Inlet/Outlet Main Project (TIOM) or the Metro Northwest Project (MNW) in Sydney.
As a Graduate Site Engineer, you provide on-site engineering services to the Project or Site Manager to assist in the achievement of the Project.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- In charge depending on the size of the site, of a section or of part of a section.
- Managing/coordinating daily site activities for assigned work packages within a designated area. Ensure that each activity is covered by an appropriate method statement.
- Manage site labours, ensuring health and safety rules are respected (daily inspections), manages equipment and materials.
- Participate in the consultation and appointment of suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Being the coordinator of all interfaces: gathering the needs/requirements of all parties to ensure construction activities are delivered safely and in accordance with the program, budget, and quality.
- Check the progress schedules.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Engineering degree
- A previous experience in a similar position
- Coordination and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a Team Environment to achieve priorities and milestones.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in English
