With significant growth forecast in 2024 and beyond, they are looking for a highly capable Project Manager to join their Adelaide construction team.
The Role

This company has a direct labor model that requires a capable site manager to be able to not only manage, but mentor and get the best out of on site trades professionals. This company is will also be focused on your development and will provide structured growth plans for you to move forward in your career.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:
Essential: You must be a proven project manager from the HVAC industry in Australia or the UK
- You are a strong communicator and have excellent business ethics
- You are able to manage direct labor and subbies as well as other key business relationships
- A mechanical engineering degree is highly regarded
- You are commercially aware and understand the importance of timelines and milestones and when required will put in the hours required to meet those project milestones
- You currently live in or you are willing to move to Adelaide
