This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and offers an 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth to the various WA-based sites, including both remote and mine-site locations.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Providing advice and championing the organisation's HSE policies and procedures to identify and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks in the workplace.
- Facilitating HSEQ components of daily pre-start meetings.
- Supporting drill crews in the Risk Management process.
- Conducting inspections and audits at remote sites.
- Assisting with incident investigations following the ICAM process
- Leading the review and development of operational procedures and work instructions.
- Managing data and registers within HSE Management software.
- Contributing to the development of WHS plans, policies, and procedures.
- Performing testing and tagging at remote locations.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Accredited tertiary qualification in HSEQ (minimum Diploma level-education with WHS and ICAM training).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the drilling industry within Australia (preferably diamond).
- Hold full Australian working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
- Valid training and assessment qualifications to implement internal programs.
- Experienced in coaching supervisors and frontline workers.
- Solid organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven performance on successful projects with exemplary safety track records.
- Willing and ability to travel long-distances for site-inspections.
- Currently reside in Western Australia.
