We are seeking a dedicated Civil Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the civil construction industry. As a civil Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing road construction and maintenance post-mining operations. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring construction plans to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of road construction and maintenance post-mining operations.
- Develop and implement plans in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Monitor and report the progress of construction and maintenance activities to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to align all efforts with mining schedules.
- Engage with local communities and stakeholders to communicate initiatives.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of roadways.
Requirements- Previous crew supervisor experience in roadway/mining projects
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices related to rehabilitation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to supervise diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
