Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking on expanding their team even further!
Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management and the delivering of an exciting $70M Apartment project in the Inner Suburbs.
This project is live and is for a repeat client of this company, in which they are seeking professional and experienced operators to manage this project.
Typical Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing subcontractors
- Oversee day-to-day activities and general coordination of the site
- Enforcing and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any disputes that arise on site
Requirements
- Trade Background
- Site Management experience delivering Apartment projects in excess of $50M
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech and Bluebeam software
- Availability for an October start
