Site Engineer
Westbourne Constructions is an established construction company located on the north shore of Sydney. We have a dedicated team with a supportive culture and strong focus on safety and quality.
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team, working within the Sydney Metro Area.
Accountabilities:
As Site Engineer you will be responsible for assisting the Project Engineer in the day-to-day engineering delivery of the project, including the overall compliance of works ensuring all codes, standards and practices are adhered to.
Skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
- Preferred 1-2 years minimum post graduate experience as a Site Engineer on mid-high rise residential construction projects
· A solid understanding of the National Construction code and Australian Standards and sound understanding of construction processes.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong understanding of OH&S site compliance requirements.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with people in order to achieve outcomes.
· Outcome-focused and results driven.
· Highly motivated attitude to learn and grow within the industry.
· Strong planning and self-management.
