· Supervises and troubleshoots routine issues that occur on the job site
· Work closely with the project manager and determine hiring needs, deadlines for specific tasks as well as safety protocols to enforce among workers
· Host meetings on-site and use their skills and experiences in this role
· Set up and organization of site and work vehicles in preparation for work
· Interpretation of technical building plans and customer requirements
· Following work schedules and meeting deadlines
· Construction of all aspects of the project including formwork, framework, measure, install, build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items, plastering, painting, aluminium and glass installation.
· Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are levelled and compatible
· Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
· Inspect projects and conduct repairs or maintenance
· Build and use scaffolding and other construction structures
· Compliance with safety requirements as per trade and industry standard, includingCOVID19.
· Ensure all works are delivered to a quality standard
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers and other builders.
· Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to
· Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate information and support to construction and site team
· We are early starters so expect a 7am start.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $99,000.00 per year
