Join us as a Site Engineer and be part of a team that defines industry standards. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, preferably in residential building, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of projects, including planning, design, and maintenance.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that work is completed according to specifications
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being performed to the required standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
