We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to manage our health, safety, environment, and quality programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety within our organisation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven HSEQ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in statistical analysis of safety data.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety and risk analyses.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and standards.
- Mentor staff on safety practices.
- Administer training and awareness programs.
- Maintain third-party certifications.
- Provide statistical analysis of incident data.
- Update Emergency Response Plans.
- Generate monthly HSEQ reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Review and update policies and procedures.
- Maintain HSEQ records on SharePoint.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
- Maintain chemical registers and manage safety contractors.
- Action the 12-month safety plan.
- Conduct site audits.
- Coordinate PPE and first aid supplies.
- Develop SWMS and SOPs.
