About The Role
Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Administrator to join us on multiple Renewable Projects in the pipeline. This is a Full Time, Permanent role that will be based on-site. The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include;
- Maintain the site roster, organise work crews and schedule flights/ accommodation.
- Project finance tracking, cost control, documentation management and reporting.
- Supporting with resourcing activities for labour hire, contractors schedule and timesheet compliance.
- Assisting the Procurement team with raising purchase orders for site equipment and materials.
- Assist various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Document and version control in conjunction with the Document Controller and project Quality Advisor.
- Maintenance of various site registers, minute taking and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain personal accountability and hold a sound knowledge of Monford’s Business Management Systems including all policies and procedures.
- Maintain and ensure all work is of a high standard and compliant with quality control frameworks.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and previous experience working on construction projects.
- Cert IV Qualification or higher in Administration of Business (Desirable)
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word and Outlook.
- Previous experience with Viewpoint software is an advantage but not essential.
