Job Description
- Preparing and issuing invoices, managing outstanding payments.
- Entering financial transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
- Processing payments and managing receipts.
- Assisting with month-end tasks and handling expense claims.
- Organising financial records and assisting with audit preparation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should possess:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Proficiency in Xero software
- Prior experience in a similar role
