Come and Join us at Vestas!SBU APC > Customer Project Execution - APAC > Installation & CommissioningAPAC Site Support Department provides technical, operational and systems support to all APAC Construction stakeholders, including Site Operations/Management, Project Management, Bid Management, Procurement and sales.
Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day system support
- Lead and coordinate system training sessions in collaboration with global SME's and sub-regional trainers
- Meet and work closely with Global teams for system execution, optimization & management
- Implementation and management of new system initiatives across APAC
- Business systems utilisation reporting to Senior Management
- Provide clear direction for Vestas site personal
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal stakeholders
- Support all operational stakeholders across the APAC region (e.g., Sales, bid and sourcing department)
- Supports the business case creation, validation, and escalation of solution development and upgrades associated with Construction systems
- Manage all system business support tickets for APAC (Procore & Site Pro), including set up of new projects and user assignments to required projects (internal and external).
- Be the point of contact for Global construction interphases (Construction systems such as Procor & Site Pro etc.)
- Management and implementation of product updates and engineering solution which incl. Tools, Material and products (internal or external)
- Support in compiling internal and external reports to communicate improvements
- Analyze, manage and drive continued improvement throughout our systems
- Be the escalation point for all APAC Construction systems
Qualifications - Any Bachelor's / Master's Degree
- Minimum 10years' experience in a similar position
- Professional methodical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop clear and repeatable solutions to complex problems and use sound judgment in choices
- Experience in providing systems administrative and technical support
- Advanced IT skills, user of MS Office, ERP (SAP) and exposure to construction specific software programs (Procore & Site Pro)
- Preferably first experience in people management, alternatively strong interest in it
- Cost awareness and customer orientation
- People management within a major project portfolio environment
- Developed and implementation of best practice systems and procedures
- Developed and supplied system usage and efficiency reports
- Experience in high pressure situations in major construction management environment
Competencies - Demonstrated continuous improvement and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license, passport and ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives
- Excellent English communications skills
- Understanding and intermediate user of MS Office, ERP (SAP) and exposure to construction specific software programs (Procore & Site Pro)
- Understanding of construction operations
- Good professional Verbal communication skills
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective decision making
- Continual system improvement
