Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, Security and the Environment ensuring service delivery standards are being met and maintained. Personal commitment to QHSSE.
- Ensure compliance with Weatherford's, and where appropriate Clients', Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems ensuring service delivery standards are being met and maintained. Personal commitment to QHSSE.
- Identify asset and inventory shortages & place orders for maintenance requirement through compliant purchasing methodologies.
- Ensure inventory minimum and maximum levels are updated quarterly to reflect demand.
- Collaborate with the assets and inventory team to rectify system related issues.
- Monitor asset and inventory import mobilization ensuring timely delivery to meet maintenance requirement.
- Execute and finalise work orders timely for both maintenance and inventory demand
- Update the customer order input document (COID) daily ensuring correct serial & part numbers are allocated, colour code to show equipment status and any other relevant information required by the Product Line.
- Raise requisition and mobilization request for all local orders.
- Upkeep a live order management system and issue log to provide visibility on current status and issues.
- Prepare all customer related checklists for Product Line review and submission -
- Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Product Line Management.
- Provide day to day guidance to the QA/QC Administrator.
Assets & Inventory
- Upload equipment data books and certification to WCC. New equipment.
- Source equipment for upcoming COIDS - Locally, other Weatherford locations or third parties.
- Raise OQ's for inventory and asset purchase/transfers.
- Raise escalation approvals for the purchase of inventory for repair & maintenance and customer sales items.
- Generate equipment work orders for inventory replacement parts demand.
- Date manage equipment work orders to align required demand and expected delivery and consumption dates.
- Assign inventory to equipment work orders for workshop team.
- Review, amend and close out equipment work orders.
- Raise inventory min/max routings.
- Raise inventory forecasts for equipment demand that cannot be done via WO or DT.
- Review customer operations and scopes to source/redeploy assets for projects.
- Equipment IA and scrap requests
- Manage TPR equipment requirements.
- Submitting equipment re-class request to A&I Team.
- Review and advise on global equipment redeployment requests for Australia TRS.
- Raise COIDs and supply equipment information for all TRS equipment deployments.
- Raise new part request routings for assets & inventory not captured in JDE.
- Reviewing equipment certification and sourcing/purchasing data books as per customer requirements.
- Duplicate JDE part numbers into malaga branch plant for orders & transfers
- Order parts for all equipment bulletins and upgrades.
- Review & approve IRT requests.
- Raise routing requests for all inventory adjustments and asset additions.
Operations
- Update COIDs with equipment serial numbers & locations on the COIDS, along with assisiated components.
- Generate COIDs for all equipment exports - capture weight, dims of the tools and the final packing details along with COO, FMV pricing and photos of the shipment.
- Populate and update customer mobilisation data base systems for equipment load outs - WELS, CVX, SANTOS etc.
- Populating and reviewing basket dimensions on COIDS, arranging inspection when required.
- Uploading equipment quality documents to TRS QAQC sharepoint for customer TPI review.
- Collate consumables SDS for customer operations.
- Arrange required MO41 for DG shipments.
- Assist with project managers SOF - equipment certification status and location.
- Populate equipment information and COIDS into customers portals - Kabal / WELS / Chevron.
- Email COID to DT team for generation of delivery ticket (DT) for all customer load outs and purchasing demand.
- Coordinate third party inspectors when requested for on rig equipment inspections and consolidate certification for the equipment inspections required.
- Follow up project managers for customer PO's to generate the required draft DT's
- TMDE Calibration Data Bas
- Manage TPR basket and equipment fleet and coordinate required inspections for re-certification to meet customer requirements.
- Stores Equipment Transfer Form - Email form of equipment on upcoming COIDs to be transferred TMECHWSHOP for servicing.
- System transfer equipment in JDE to customer locations to identify utilisation.
- System transfer equipment back to TMECHWSHOP location prior to equipment being committed to customer DT.
- Upload equipment export COIDS to the facility load out sharepoint.
- Rig Installation forms and collating certification to submit to clients.
- Assist PM and JC with any equipment queries with regards to locations and shipment dates
Procurement
- Source inventory, asset and consumables quotation from suppliers.
- Source machining & repair quotes for suppliers.
- Assist with generating AFE's for the purchase of new equipment.
- Raise OQ;s for all local and international purchases - PO/S2/S9.
- Date manage OQ to align with WO/DT demand to ensure items are delivered on time.
- Raise escalation approvals to approve inventory purchases.
- Send approved EA's to procurement to process OQ to OR.
- Populate customer end user paperwork for all Forum orders and have signed off by company signatory.
- Duplicate part numbers into JDE.
- Advise procurement & stores of on-hire/offhire TPR equipment dates for receipting and return to vendor processing.
- Submit non-po form for MO41 requirements.
- Assist with any PO issues, revisions or vendor account issues to be escalated.
Logistics
- Email Logistics to arrange freight quotes and movements.
- Complete shipping records for collections
- Provide equipment weights & dims for logistics teams to populate into D engine.
- Coordinate crating company to attend site for measure and quotes and raise OQ for all TRS exports and customer operations.
- Coordinate all required DG SDS for equipment load outs.
- Coordinate with logistics on freight MOT and options to ensure shipments are delivered/received on time.
- Follow up freight packing and ETA on all incoming orders.
- Coordinate required MO41 documentation for all DG shipments.
- Raise logistic TMS requests for non-stock item movements for TRS.
- Raise air freight approvals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years general clerical and administrative experience.
- Good computer knowledge-MS Office.
- Good verbal communication, customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
- Good organizational skills/ ability to prioritize work assignments/time management.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
- Background in HR preferred.
