ABOUT THE ROLE
Weatherford, Perth Australia is currently seeking a TRS Equipment Coordinator is a key resource of the country in assurance of flawless workshop execution by ensuring equipment requirement is met. This position serves the purpose of a functional link between workshop and world-wide locations governing equipment availability whilst providing administration support to local workshop operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES
QHSSE

- Ensure compliance with Weatherford's, and where appropriate Clients', Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems ensuring service delivery standards are being met and maintained. Personal commitment to QHSSE.
- Ensure personal compliance with Weatherford and Customer QHSSE policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify asset and inventory shortages & place orders for maintenance requirement through compliant purchasing methodologies.
- Ensure inventory minimum and maximum levels are updated quarterly to reflect demand.
- Collaborate with the assets and inventory team to rectify system related issues.
- Monitor asset and inventory import mobilization ensuring timely delivery to meet maintenance requirement.
- Execute and finalise work orders timely for both maintenance and inventory demand.
- Update the customer order input document (COID) daily ensuring correct serial & part numbers are allocated, colour code to show equipment status and any other relevant information required by the Product Line.
- Raise requisition and mobilization request for all local orders.
- Upkeep a live order management system and issue log to provide visibility on current status and issues.
- Prepare all customer related checklists for Product Line review and submission.
- Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Product Line Management.
- Provide day to day guidance to the TRS QA/QC Administrator.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a highly safety sensitive environment and complying with both Company and Client safety standards.
- English Language: Has full operational command of the spoken and written language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and deficiencies.
- Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help.
- Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS SharePoint programmes as a minimum.
- Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environments.
- Team worker, fast learner, results oriented, proactive and independent with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to accommodate operational requirements.
- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
- Resilient, able to cope in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
Preferred
- English Language: Has full operational command of the language (read, write and verbal): appropriate, accurate and fluent with complete understanding.
- Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience
- History of working in a QHSSE environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience within oilfield operations.
- Minimum of 1 year with supervisory/management responsibilities.
- Minimum of 2 years related working experience in Product Line.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Must be able to work closely and communicate interactively with all level of Geozone employees with Weatherford, supply chain, sub-contractor, and client base.
MOBILISATION REQUIREMENTS
- Based in Perth, Malaga.
- Standard work hours 8am - 5pm.
- Immediate start preferred.
