About The Opportunity
A group that will be able to provide long term progression across hospitality and retail, from venue and store operations to food production.
The venue is open from early mornings straight through to evening trade.
It's a hotspot during the week for shirts and suits to meet up for a coffee, City shoppers stopping to refuel for a big day going to local retailers, and for the midweek diners who are stopping by for a quick fix at lunch or dinner.
You'll be part of a team of 45 across front and back of house, and will assist a ready made Venue Manager in performance management, training, recruiting, and running shifts for a food and beverage destination that will serve hundreds of customers on a daily basis.
This role is focused on cafe and bar operation, and from day one you will get the support and guidance from an Operations Manager to be set up for success.

The ideal candidate
- A minimum of 1+ years experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential
- Previous Barista experience is essential
- A leader who loves to coach teams through service and can handle the on/off peak spells that come with any business
- Open availability Monday to Sunday to work a rotating roster
- A leader who is motivated to grow with a developing group
