Our client is a South Australian business that offers residential and commercial demolition.
Based in the Northern suburbs, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will successfully deliver projects by ensuring efficient planning, cost estimation, and on-site management, all while maintaining adherence to codes and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Estimate costs, prepare quotes, and manage industrial and commercial projects.
- Ensure adherence to construction codes, regulations, and project timelines.
- Coordinate effectively across all sites, maintaining an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong decision-making, time management, and teamwork.
- Capacity to work occasional Saturday's dependent on project requirements

YOU
- Relevant qualifications or experience in Project Management
- Prior commercial/industrial construction experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from feasibility to completion, including estimating, tendering, and on-site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and terminology, with experience in reading plans and using tools like Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team, with a willingness to travel and oversee projects across Adelaide.
