Woodward offers end-to-end services from project inception to construction and handover. We can provide in-house services or build and manage a team of industry partners and specialists tailored to our client's needs. Role Descriptions

We are looking for full-time candidates from the graduate to associate level. Depending on your experience and aspirations, we can tailor a role to you.

While the role is primarily located in Wodonga, there is also flexibility for some remote work and working from our Cremorne office.

Qualifications

Proficient in project management and engineering design
Experience in conducting site inspections and coordinating with clients and contractors
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
