Woodward offers end-to-end services from project inception to construction and handover. We are looking for full-time candidates from the graduate to associate level. Depending on your experience and aspirations, we can tailor a role to you.

While the role is primarily located in Wodonga, there is also flexibility for some remote work and working from our Cremorne office.
Qualifications
- Proficient in project management and engineering design
- Experience in conducting site inspections and coordinating with clients and contractors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
