The Role:

We are looking for a driven, innovative and highly skilled Senior Site Managers to join a high performing project teams in both the West location and Southeast region.

Responsibilities include:

Proven experience as a medium density Senior Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
A strong background in medium density projects, with an appreciation for complex, high-end builds.
Leadership skills that inspire your team and subcontractors to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
The ability to foster a positive, productive on-site culture, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
A commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work on site meets the highest standards.
A keen understanding of cost control and project requirements, with the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
A track record of running a clean, organised site, recognizing this as key to success.

What’s Needed:

Trade qualification or additional tertiary qualifications in building highly regarded.
8 years+ experience in the site supervision and management of medium density construction projects, including planning, programming and the management of subcontractors and site labour.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
Extensive knowledge of trades, with the ability to drive project performance.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on managing budgets, preliminaries, and variations.
Excellent safety and systems management skills.
