Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Quote, Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Planning and Scheduling: Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and adjust as needed to stay on track.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to drive project success.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards to ensure a secure work environment.
Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, communicate updates with stakeholders, and proactively address any issues.
Team Integration: Build and lead a skilled team, integrating trades and subcontractors to create a cohesive unit.

About You:

Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Construction Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships.
Relevant Qualifications: Certifications or a degree in a Trade, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management software
