Imagine having the ability to dismantle, analyze, and reimagine complex designs from the ground up. As a Reverse Engineering Draftsman, you're the detective and innovator, piecing together the blueprint of existing systems and transforming them into precise, updated technical drawings. You work with legacy designs, intricate machinery, and pioneering technology, helping to breathe new life into products, parts, and structures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role is necessary
- Fabrication trade would be highly regarded
- Able to produce a portfolio of drawings
- Demonstrated knowledge in AutoCAD 3D drafting
- Read & interpret plans using 2D & 3D modelling to produce drawings
- Proficient computer skills
- Significant experience designing and handling - mining or earthmoving attachments, platforms, structural steelwork
- Familiar with Australian Standards
- Positive and hardworking attitude to match the rest of our team is a must!
