- $87,678 per annum plus Superannuation (pro rata)

About the role
The Project Coordinator role sits within a small but dynamic projects teams that supports the delivery of high quality improvement initiatives at Medical Panels. Reporting into the Program Officer, this role will undertake a wide range of project coordination tasks with an emphasis on data analysis, collation and manipulation to support the projects team in the delivery of key outcomes in a complex fast paced tribunal environment. The role provides project coordination support including organising, monitoring and evaluating project initiatives. Key accountabilities include;
- Collection and analysis of data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project outcomes.
- Preparation and delivery of project plans, reports and presentations.
- Maintaining good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of projects.
- Provision of proactive advice on project risks and outcomes.
- Management of project administration tasks including the maintenance of shared folders, calendars, email accounts, templates and other relevant documents.

About you
You will have experience in a similar role with demonstrated skills in preparation of project plans, reports, evaluations and presentations. You will have experience utilising Power BI and Excel Pivot Tables for the purposes of data analysis and presentation. You have impeccable prioritisation and organisation skills and are able to pivot quickly when priorities shift. You are a team player who demonstrates a collaborative approach to problem solving. You will also demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to take ownership of a task under limited guidance.
