Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
- Document Control
- RFI’s
- Scheduling and Timeline Management
- Stakeholder Communication
Requirements for the role:
- Relevant degree or qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PC or PM role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with the construction phases, project scheduling, and budget management is crucial.
