The Digital Implementation & Contract Management Lead in APA will lead a team to help turn L&S Procurement Category Strategies and Area and Regional Business Plans into ACTION via technology, processes and policies and sharing best practices.

As our Asia-Pacific Digital Implementation & Contract Management Lead you will be the driving force for an ambitious plan of digital transformation, standardization, and process excellence in Logistics and Services (L&S) Procurement.
You will be part of the global L&S Category Management team with direct colleagues in 10 different countries and stakeholders in in 100+ countries. The team is focused on developing and delivering best-in-class global solutions across the world and driving performance across a wide and ambitious scorecard.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead Procurement's Digital Transformation
You will drive the implementation of new systems that will simplify, automate and elevate Maersk in Asia-Pacific, including i) autonomous sourcing and negotiation solutions, ii) rate prediction analytics, iii) contract lifecycle management, among other initiatives. You will:
- Help develop these systems, participating in the solution design, as-is and future processes mapping and user testing, proactively embedding local business needs.
- Drive the change management in Asia-Pacific, doing stakeholder impact analysis, training colleagues, building documentation, and supporting the system roll outs.
- Depending on your willingness and capabilities you will also be empowered to take the global ownership of an initiative beyond Asia, with the accompanying exposure.
Drive the L&S Performance Scorecard
You will own an ambitious scorecard including metrics on data accuracy and completion, digitization of negotiations and savings, automation of processes and contract and ESG compliance. You will drive performance and:
- Build a strong engagement model within your Region and Areas, managing the communication and closely coordinating with the regional leadership.
- Lead global standardization projects including the creation of global guidelines, policies and governance in close coordination with the L&S Leadership and Category Managers.
- Be the regional focal point for consolidating game plans and cascading guidelines and policies (e.g., updated savings guidelines).
- Support and develop the regional team as subject matter expert on data, cost and dashboards, coordinating regional requirements and challenges with Center.

We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience leading transformation and change management projects on a global and local level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can build rapport with people on all levels and have a top-tier facilitation and coaching toolkit.
- Passion for technology, a detailed-oriented way of work and the willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Proactive personality – you can take ownership, work independently and achieve results as a team player.
- Knowledge of land transportation and contract logistics processes and systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team.
