The Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will have the responsibility for:
- Providing Sales Quotes/costings based on sketches provided by Sales Consultants.
- Completing site works estimates for contract documents.
- Variations to contracts
- Prestart costings
- Cost revisions
- Provide costings due to statutory or other compliance requirements
- Complete Margin report checks
About You:
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- 3 Years+ experience working as a Estimator or Scheduler for a residential home builder
- Proficient in software such as: Databuild, Beams, BuildX, Truth Engine etc
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
