Responsibilities include overseeing planned after-hours shutdowns, providing on-call coverage for repairing and maintaining mechanical services, and managing automated systems within the infrastructure. Your role as a Mechanical Services Technician As a Mechanical Services Technician, you will lead the planned maintenance tasks on over 125 tunnel ventilation fans and essential ventilation and control systems. This role involves working closely with the project engineer to identify failures and implement evidence-based solutions for asset maintenance. The successful candidate will join an established team, completing the required work to ensure the continuous operation of this critical infrastructure. This position offers opportunities to gain experience new skills across various disciplines, contributing to the maintenance and operational excellence of the Brisbane Busways.
