In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are delivered on time, directly impacting patient outcomes. We seek positive team players with leadership and management experience who are quick learners and hard workers. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to basic systems are essential.
We are currently seeking team members for the afternoon shift from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required.
What You’ll Do:
Process inbound and outbound orders efficiently and accurately as part of a motivated and passionate team
Handle products with care in accordance with Stryker's high-quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized working environment
Partner with stakeholders across various teams in the distribution center
Participate in regular development opportunities to upskill for a long-term career at Stryker
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Utilize your leadership and management experience to support and mentor team members
