Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable National Civil Contractor who have been in operation for over 10 years. Based in Fitzroy, they specialise in retention, basement, piling & shotcrete packages for Tier 1 & 2 builders nationally. Due to a growth, they are looking to hire an ambitious Contract Administrator to join the team to work on projects bases in VIC and SA.
Your New Role
This role involves working closely with the operations manager, project manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee compliance with legal requirements, project schedules, and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include document management, contract review, cost tracking, invoicing/progress claiming and other general administrative tasks.
What you need to succeed
- 1+ years working in a CA role for a Civil or Commercial Subcontractor.
- Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering Apartments where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- Ideally Procore or similar systems experience.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
