Role Overview
Our client services team is a key conduit in creating and fostering just that; giving our clients a world-class service and supporting the creative team to produce pioneering work.
As a Project Manager with 2-3 years of industry experience, you’ll manage a broad range of integrated creative projects - ranging from 3D built environments and experiential, delivering innovative projects that push boundaries.
You’ll be a problem solver and a lateral thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and applying mental agility to projects. You'll also enjoy the details and be excited about delivering pioneering work.
An important aspect of this role is being able to deliver and manage profitable creative projects, build thorough in-house processes to ensure smooth project running across the full life cycle, oversee the creative resource in the studio, and collaborate with the creative team, the client, and our partners and suppliers to realise the creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Confident project management of the delivery of pitches and projects against agreed budgets and timelines: combining account management, project management and production. Demonstrating impeccable organisational skills, you’ll plan projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of the process from the offset and throughout.
Providing end-to-end client service: identifying how to respond to client challenges by having a deep understanding of their audience, sector and what keeps them ahead of the game. This role continues to fuel our competitive edge by growing and supporting client relationships in end-to-end business development and inspiring that approach team-wide.
Ensuring collaboration between individuals, teams and businesses: between our creative and production teams to define and solve briefs through research, strategy and delivery, throughout briefs. Continually developing an understanding of the creative process and output and displaying competency handling production from built environment to print and digital assets.
Financial accountability: Helping prepare and finalise project scopes and costing exercises; informing the studio of the project's value.
Display exceptional communications skills: you’ll be the main conduit of coordination and timely information from the studio to clients, partners, landlords, contractors and suppliers, including senior stakeholders or C-suite teams in large organisations. Regularly connecting with the Leadership team, updating them on an overview of work at play and having the ability to think beyond individual projects to consider innovations in management, themes or initiatives that can be fed into the company.
Additional information:
