About the Role: As an HSEQ Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting their health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular internal audits and generating audit reports.
- Producing monthly HSEQ reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with employee onboarding for site inductions and mobilisations.
- Maintaining up-to-date training records for site requirements.
- Keeping a full equipment register up to date.
- Supporting investigations into HSEQ incidents and near misses, and ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Participating in all QA/QC audits and processes.
- Monitoring risk management activities, safety compliance, and emergency preparedness.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HSEQ best practices are followed.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum of3-5 years of administrative experience in the engineering, construction, resources or industrial services industry.
- Certification in WHS or equivalent experience would be highly regarded as would familiarity with incident management databases and HSE systems..
- Experience with Procore is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and able to work in a close-knit, dynamic team environment.
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office.
