At Mugari
Our Mungari Gold Operations are a cornerstone asset located 28km west from central Kalgoorlie, Western Australia (WA) and 600km east of Perth. Mungari has a predominantly residential workforce, with many living in Kalgoorlie Boulder, giving many employees the luxury of coming home every day.
Last year we announced our expansion project, a $250m investment to expand our processing mill. This investment will extend Mungari’s mine life to 15 years and double annual production to over 200,000 ounces per year post commissioning. It is an exciting time to join the Mungari Operations!

This roster will be 7:6 / 7:8 roster and a 12 hour day. FIFO Perth or Residential Kalgoorlie opportunities.
About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide daily supervision within our underground working environment to our crews. Adhere to all relevant acts and regulations. This will be a hands on role where you will be directly involved in daily operations and people management and provide proactive leadership to the crews.
Personnel will be required to work in all sections of the mine, & at all times work in a safe manner, with a high standard of workmanship.
About you
It is important that you have previous underground Service Crew experience and have the following attributes;
- Current WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate
- 10 years Underground experience
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences (RPL’s)
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
