Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at Rubiks Roofing in Toowoomba, QLD. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with contractors and clients, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience in estimating and pricing in the construction industry
- Knowledge of metal roofing materials and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software for estimating purposes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant certification or diploma in Construction Management or related field
