The Opportunity
We are partnering with a national leading consultancy organisation seeking an Assistant Project Advisor to join their advisory team, providing key support in facilities and asset management advisory services. This is an exciting, hands-on role focused on helping clients optimize the management of their assets. Working with industry standards like ISO55000 and ISO 41000, and be involved in a range of tasks from asset lifecycle analysis and onsite data collection to procurement support and contract administration.

Responsibilities
- Asset Management & Facilities Advisory: Aid in client consultations to assess and improve asset management models, conduct building condition audits, and develop lifecycle cost analyses.
- Procurement Support: Assist with developing FM/Asset Management procurement documentation, creating client presentations, and drafting comprehensive reports (Feasibility Studies, Business Cases, Performance Management).
- Contract Administration: Support contract monitoring, prepare review reports, and provide guidance on performance management and contract compliance.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure work adheres to WHS, anti-discriminatory standards, and the organization’s quality requirements.
- Onsite Data Capture and Reporting: Completing onsite building condition reports and asset data capture, condition ratings and asset register development
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work with accuracy and maintain an orderly, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong ability to prepare clear, professional documentation and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and manage and complete works in a live environment.
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines while tracking project progress.
- A background, qualification or previous experience within the asset management/facilities management sector highly desirable
- Open to recent graduates who are keen and willing to learn! A qualification in an Engineering discipline, building construction, trade, surveying, project management or IT background.
- A willingness to travel around WA (and sometimes interstate if interested), with a license and personal vehicle.
