Large scale construction projects require an experience Senior Site Manager

TEN Recruitment are currently seeking applicants from an experience Senior Site Manager who can deliver unique and large scale commercial construction projects in Perth.
Essential Criteria
- 5+ years previous experience as a Site Manager
- Proven experience successfully delivering a wide range of commercial projects over $60m.
- Hold a valid White Card (construction induction)
- Dedicated commitment to the health and safety of employees at all levels
- Strong management and organisational skills
- Proactivity to follow issues through to conclusion
- Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership skills
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Management of day-to-day operations, onsite trades and team members.
- Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Management of finances and procurement.
- Be accountable for project quality and delivery.
- Liaise with and be the first point of contact for clients.
- Manage sub-contractors and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and timely finish to the project.
- Conflict resolution as required.
On offer would be a permanent position with our client which will be offering a base salary $220k - $240k plus super & vehicle allowance.
