Job Description
- Manage daily corporate card transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Daily data entry.
- Prepare financial reports and statements in collaboration with the organisations reporting team.
- Ensure compliance in-line with financial policies and regulations.
- Inbox management and management of phone enquiries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Finance Officer should have:
- The desire to learn quickly & a growth mindset
- Demonstrated skills ad experience with office suite, specifically excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
A successful applicant does not require any previous financial skills. A background in administration & data entry roles is preferred.
