THE CLIENT
A well-established residential builder known for delivering high-end projects ranging from $600,000 - $1,400,000. Currently experiencing strong growth, they have secured work well into 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all sub-contractors on site
- Completion of all projects within budget, time and standards
- Maintain impeccable standards in OHS
- Ensure program measures are being met and clients are always kept up to date
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the construction sector, with a strong track record in volume or multi-story development projects.
- Background as a tradesperson or possession of relevant academic qualifications.
- Capability to source and manage tradespeople as needed, including concreters, framers, bricklayers, tilers, painters, and carpenters.
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills, with proven expertise in effective project management.
- Established expertise in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), including day-to-day site safety management, conducting inductions/SWMS reviews, leading toolbox talks, performing weekly site inspections, and maintaining detailed daily site diaries.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on defect identification and a commitment to quality assurance and a zero-defects mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, punctual, and dedicated to upholding high standards in all aspects of work.
