Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting Package Specialist-SAP HANA SCM EWM, for a 14 month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne, Australia.
We have a requirement for an experienced SAP EWM consultant that also has experience in TMS for a manage services support role. The role will include providing our client support in day-to-day business operations in SAP Extended Warehouse management and SAP Transport management across incidents, problem and enhancement requests.
As an SAP EWM Solution Architect your responsibilities include;
Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
Assist in creating solutions for client on incidents and enhancement as per service level agreement.
Participate in client meetings to understand and gather the business requirements and provide solution as per requirement and to communicate status or give demos to client of different business processes.
Configure and customize the business process for different scenarios like Inbound, outbound, Internal movements and physical Inventory in SAP (EWM) Extended Warehouse Management and ( TM ) Transport Management.
Identify root cause/issues, resolve EWM configuration issues, log/escalate critical issues and re-test fixes.
Perform detailed system testing including unit & integration testing,
Experience in RF Framework, Resources, Queue determination, User profile, Custom RF transactions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills -
Minium of 15 years in SAP Functional Consulting Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP Supply Chain, with a focus on Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain activities in relevant industry.
Perform detailed incident triage, root cause analysis, break/fix configuration, log/escalate critical issues and re-test fixes.
Experience in supporting end users, preparing SOP's, (Standard Operating Procedures) and user training manuals.
Experience in electronic transfers using ALE and IDOCs interfaces as a part of EDI to communicate between the SAP and Non- SAP systems (3PL).
Configure and customize the business process for different scenarios including Inbound, outbound, Internal movements and physical Inventory in SAP (EWM) extended warehouse management and Transport management area.
Experience in end-to-end Implementation in SAP EWM, including Cutover activities, Go Live support, Hyper Care Support in EWM, WM and MM.
More than 7 years in project management and leadership responsibilities.
Good knowledge and experience in SAP transport management.
Design and Implementation of solutions using User Exits, Enhancements and Badi with custom programs, LSMW and Testing,
