Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role:
The Training Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of training programs that assist project personnel acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities to perform their roles.
Qualifications:
- Cert IV in a Training or Human Resources field would be highly desirable
- White Card
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in previous administrative roles.
- Familiarity with training administration would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in the construction industry or training department is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.

- Exceptional organisational capability to manage training schedules, materials and records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail in managing training documentation and scheduling.
- Effective time management skills to ensure the smooth operation of training activities.

- Skilled in the use of training management software.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Administer training activities, including scheduling sessions, booking facilities and preparing materials.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations and training materials.
- Communicate training schedules, updates and reminders to attendees and training staff.
- Organise logistics for training sessions, such as equipment setup and catering arrangements.
- Assist in managing training resources, including materials, equipment and facilities.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, attendance and feedback.
- Accurately enter and update training-related data in training management systems.
- Provide support and assistance to training staff and trainees
- Identify opportunities and recommend changes to enhance training administration processes.
