We are looking for two keen individuals with great attitudes to join us as Plant Operators – Waste Management. As lone workers, your roles will include undertaking driving and labouring duties to collect, dispose and maintain waste and recycling materials, infrastructure and facilities, including cleansing of bins and surrounds as per schedule or as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Medium rigid truck licence.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and manoeuvring heavy bins or containers.
- Ability to work with unpleasant odours.
- Ability to operate as a lone worker.
- Understanding of work safety issues relevant to the role.
- The ability to resolve general problems as they arise on the job.
- Work Safely in the Construction Industry – White Card Ticket, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
The roles are offered on an ongoing, full-time basis and include occasional weekend work.
A base salary between $71,514.99 and $73,292.57 will be negotiated (dependent on skills and experience) with the preferred candidates + 12.5% superannuation.
