Manufacturing and Warehouse Operator

- $30+ an hour
- Based in Shepparton, Victoria.
- 38 hours per week.
About The Role
Programmed are partnered with a leading water management solutions provider and are seeking Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations to join our growing team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are skilled in using hand and power tools, excel in manual handing and prioritise safety.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and maintain water management systems.
- Mandle materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow site safety rules to ensure a secure working environment.
- Adhere to manufacturing procedures and quality control standards.
- Assist with inventory and management and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the manufacturing areas.
- Support the team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience using hand and power tools would be preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in manual handling techniques.
- Strong commitment to following site safety rules.
- Team Player with good communication skills.
- Forklift Licence Preferred but nor essential.
- Ability lo leaner quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Available to perform different shifts and adapt to varying production.
Desirable but not essential:
- Laser Cutting and CNC Experience.
