The Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 3-10 years of experience to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be based in Brisbane or between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and have a solid background in civil construction, specifically with TMR (Transport and Main Roads), council, and private subdivision projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion
- Ensure compliance with TMR and council regulations, as well as private sector standards
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and ensure the highest level of safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in civil construction
- Proven experience in TMR/council projects or private subdivision works
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant local standards and regulations
