We are eagerly seeking a Senior Civil Supervisor/ Inspector
About the role:
Description: As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of construction sites. Your role will involve the site supervision of contractors, verification, and set out of the pre-determined QRA approved scope, and the Identification of additional scope and complementary works as directed.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
This position is a contract for a project until June 2026, with the possibility of an extension and/or a position. (1.5-year contract with possibility of extension beyond) Commencing in 1st Quarter of 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, including QRA approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan and schedule work.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and management and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Manage and mentor on-site staff and subcontractors as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.

Salary: Negotiable within reason based on Experience and Credentials. The range starts from $120,000 p.a. + Benefits
