POSITION
Due to company growth in Australia this business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Perth.
- Develop and maintain a strong and sustainable relationship with client
- Ensures contractual requirements are met and communicated effectively
- Oversee and approve the design, procurement and drawing requirements for the project
- Leads and manage the project team, including active participation in site meetings
- Ensure WHS legislation and policy is adhered to all times
- Manage and schedule the planning of activities, sequence of work & productivity
- Manage the financial performance of the project by actively monitoring all aspects of the project ensuring procurement, productivity, financials, and valid variations are issued.

Experience Required
- Project management, estimating, and tendering experience within the air-conditioning or refrigeration sector
- Experience managing these Construction projects from design to implementation to project handover
- Ability to have clear and effective communication with any party within the project timeline including Suppliers, Clients, Staff etc
- Demonstrated excellence in written & verbal English
