Site Manager Opportunity
Your new company
Your new company is a nationally recognised construction company. They complete a diverse range of commercial construction projects and have a strong pipeline of work. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to look after a commercial project in the southern part of Brisbane. Tenure is very important to this company, so they are looking for someone with strong employment experience. You must have experience within the Tier 3 construction space in Australia to be considered for this role.
Your new role
Your new role will be based in the southern part of Brisbane looking after a commercial construction project. You will be looking after a project with a value of up to $15Mil, so relevant experience is required. This role requires new build, civil, structural and refurbishment experience in the commercial, education, childcare, hospitality and/or retail sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed:
- Trade qualified or relevant industry qualification
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in commercial new build
- White Card
- QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's License required
- Must have current and valid First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Must have a current Australian driving licence
- Must be able to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to motivate and drive contractors to timely delivery
