Job description:
· Ensure project milestones are met and adjust plans as needed.
· Understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications of concrete pump stations, irrigation systems, steel panel tanks and other engineering projects.
· Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment.
· Support the coordination of labour resources and liaise with internal staff and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Promote a culture of safety on all job sites and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols.
· Implement and ensure quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
· Monitor project expenses and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
· Completing monthly and annual stock takes to keep track of the inventory.
· Oversee the manufacturing process of small pump packages, ensuring that the process is in line with the project requirements.
Qualifications/Attributes:
· Must hold a Diploma of Business or Management or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
· Must have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
· Must be an analytical thinker.
· Must be initiative.
· Must have a positive approach to change.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
