About Us:
Carberry Designer Homes is a reputable local business specializing in quality custom homes, granny flats, house raises, and kitchen and bathroom renovations. We are well-known in the Sunshine Coast region for our attention to detail and high-end finishes. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Carpenter to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- New build construction, including timber framing for external and internal walls
- Flooring installation and leveling
- Installation of tie-downs, exterior cladding, windows, and doors
- Interior linings, finishing carpentry, and custom carpentry
- Renovation tasks, including demolition, frame installation, deck building, and collaboration with subcontracted trades
Qualifications:
- Carpentry Certificate III or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience
- Current OHS White Card
- Own transport and tools
- Ability to read and work from building plans with a keen eye for detail
