MinRes Operations are expanding, and we are seeking Village Logistics Administrators to join the team. The Village Logistics Administrators is responsible for providing support and administrative duties to the Village operations team and Residents in the Village.
You will have the ability to develop and maintain village admin duties which are not limited to -
- Manage Rosters, flights and accommodation changes
- Assist with transportation bookings/manifesting buses (etc.) where applicable
- Forecasting operational requirements for food, transport, room occupancy, emergency reports
- Manage end to end process for village arrivals and departures with accuracy
- Manage village reception with high level customer service to all customers and stakeholders
- Follow up and rectify any discrepancies and/or customer concerns
- Assist with timesheets, ordering, stock-take, Coupa orders and receipting
- Look for efficiencies to improve standards
- General Data Entry
- Tertiary completion certificate
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar site based role
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- High level Customer service
- Ability to utilize mobilsation and flight management systems (SAM)
- Strong Microsoft word, excel and outlook skills
