What will I be doing?
- Efficiently operate plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and effective production processes.
- Track and adjust machinery settings for optimal output.
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs.
- Handle raw materials and products, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of production and equipment performance.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid certification for operating counterbalance forklifts is required.
- Previous experience operating plant machinery and forklifts in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a hot, potentially odorous environment.
- Ability to monitor equipment performance and handle materials with precision.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
