Role: Completions Field Specialist
Location: Perth WA

Roster: Full Time
Job Description: - Maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Plan, prepare and execute service delivery to the customer.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
- Running multiple applications in the Well Upper and Lower Completions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide support to customers and fulfill customer requirements
- Maintaining work records and communications to ensure compliance.
- Prepare equipment in the workshop and at the wellsite to provide completion services.
- Leading a job with a team and ensuring that all safety protocols and ensuring that all procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications and Experience: - Have the full right to live and work in Australia
- Min 2-year Diploma in relevant discipline desireable
- Min 5 years relevant experience as a Completions Field Specialist in offshore environment working with any of the following:
- Upper Completions
- Lower Completions with Sand Control Tools
- Safety Valves
- Packers
- Control line include termination on tubing hanger
- Proficiency in Well Completions
- Strong Project Management and HSSE skills
- Fluency in English
