About Our Client
Our client is a leading residential builder who have office in both NSW and QLD. In recent years they have expanded their business model to also include large scale townhouse developments and due to a recent project acquisition, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their QLD team.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the project teams made up of a Site Supervisor and Contract Administrator
- Technical problem solving
- Financial responsibility for projects
- Monthly cost reporting to the General Manager
- Mentoring more junior team members
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record delivering medium or large townhouse projects
- Strong level of computer literacy, ideally including Buildertrend or similar programs
- Commercial acumen and strong financial management skills
